The State of Baja California Sur has been ranked the safest state in Mexico due to the lack of violent crime and very low incidence of influenza this past year. There is virtually no drug-related crime, kidnappings or other types of violent crime in La Paz, say the state and federal authorities.
If you’re driving down the Baja, please know there are
road improvements happening between Tijuana and Cabo.
Be extra alert and allow for delays.
