...are very pleased to announce a fully accredited study abroad program for college-level Spanish language students and general college students wishing additional credits in lower or upper division Spanish courses.

This happy group studied 6 weeks this Spring 2007 and earned 6 semester credits from
Wilmington College
This immersion program is located in La Paz on the southern Baja coast and will be available June 1, 2006.
In conjunction with Wilmington college, Se Habla…La Paz will offer 2 courses for students wishing credits in lower or upper division
Spanish.
The student's current Spanish will be evaluated by Se Habla...La Paz and by proof of courses completed prior to arrival, if possible.

Students will follow a process of registration, payment and course completion according to the outline of process contained in the details
on this webpage.
Minimum weeks of study are 4 weeks = 4 credit hours for 80 hours of classes. After completion of the minimum 4 credit
hours/4 weeks, students may earn 1 credit per week up to 12 in the lower division course and up to 6 credits in the upper division, with
appropriate pre-requisites completed prior to initiation of classes at Se Habla…La Paz.

For those college students not affiliated with Wilmington College and who wish to study abroad and earn language credits, the student will present this and the webpage information to the appropriate department in the respective College or University for prior approval. This process will be completely up the student with information provided as requested from Se Habla …La Paz and Wilmington College.
